Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard

My company is a very good company. It gave me a stage. I work three times harder than colleagues and got trible achievements. All these reminder me that I have to be tougher and more outstanding.

So in the coming days, to grow to next class, to return the consistant support from my family, I should follow PERI: plan, execution, review, improve. Keep going!
